Sichong Xie

As one of the selected fellows at Mildred's Lane on June, 2014, we tore down an old wood house by hand. Then, we re-sharpen and re-use these materials from the old wood house to build the Bonfire installation.
Bonfire Design Project exists in three parts: the first part is re-cycling and re-use the materials from the old wood house and the second is a sculpture made out of the old materials we collected, as well as the third part is the Bonfire Design in which fire burned down through three different ways from bottom all the way to the skyline. In the end, these recycling materials burned into ashes and fell into ground.
